moments+memories
Here's another week of sharing moments+memories!
in one photo, poem, paragraph, artwork, video, or anything else you can think of--show us your favorite moment/memory for this past week. It can be silly, serious, or just plain sweet.

my favorite moment from this week:
Darkness had fallen outside the windows as the lamps and lights were switched on. Sitting in the corner, curled up in the large green chair, was a girl. Her fingers tapped lightly along as a story flowed from her fingers. At the peak of happiness, she typed out the final words of her and her character's month long journey. It had been a hard one -- the journey. Doubt had lurked at all corners as words were neglected. But now the past was behind them; the present so lively and dear. And the story came to a close. The last words were written.

Sunday night, I experienced the writing of the final words to my NaNoWriMo novel. Those last words hold sentimental feelings for me. Looking back at nanowrimo always brings back memories. Of hardships. Of happiness. And of long hours. But nanowrimo was worth it. Oh so worth it.
My life is sure to hold many more writing adventures, but may this one be remembered as one of the first.
